Delete a project

Open Your projects, use the project menu, and choose delete. This removes the project’s messages, generations, revisions, build records, stored artifacts, publication records, and project-specific connections from active Instamake systems.

Delete Shopify connection data

In a project, choose More → Connectors → Disconnect to remove that project’s connection. Uninstalling Instamake in Shopify revokes every Instamake project link for that store and removes the stored Admin credential. Shopify’s mandatory shop/redact webhook deletes the retained installation record after uninstall.

Delete your account data

Email gary@general-context.com from the email address on your Instamake account with the subject “Instamake data deletion.” Identify the account and state whether you want the whole account deleted or a narrower request. Do not send passwords, API keys, or government identification unless support specifically requires an approved verification method.

We will verify that the request comes from the account owner, confirm its scope, and complete it within the period required by applicable law. Some limited records may be retained where legally required, needed for security or fraud prevention, or present in time-limited backups before normal expiry.
